Diane Zuckerman received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of South Florida. She attended University of Florida, Levin College of Law, graduating in 1986, and then returned to Tampa to practice law in the area of personal injury litigation with a special emphasis in medical malpractice and nursing home neglect cases.
Prior to starting her private practice, the Law Firm of Diane Zuckerman LLC, Diane was a partner in the Tampa office of Stephens, Lynn, Klein, Lacava, Hoffman and Puya for eleven years where she represented
healthcare practitioners and facilities, including nursing homes, physicians, and nurses.
Diane’s education in Nursing and Law gives her a unique insight into the interface that exists between the two disciplines and helps her to be a knowledgeable practitioner. She is a member of the Elder Law and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Sections of the Florida Bar, the Hillsborough County Bar, and is active in both the Kiwanis Organization and the Tampa Bay Estate Planning Council.
Chris received an Associate of Arts in Criminology from Broward College in 2006, and then earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Philosophy from Florida State University in 2012. Prior to joining The Law Firm of Diane Zuckerman, Chris worked in several practices in the Ft. Lauderdale area, before relocating to Tampa in 2014. In his former capacity, Chris worked in the fields of Bankruptcy and PIP Defense, where he gained a reputation for quickly building rapport with clients. Chris prides himself on having a strong, dedicated work ethic, and for being a reliable resource for our clients.
Chris provides paralegal assistance in all aspects of Probate, Guardianship, Estate Planning and Elder Law, including case management, scheduling, communicating with clients and Court personnel, and any other tasks necessary meet each client’s specific needs.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys reading, writing, hiking, cooking, and spending time with his family.
